The Erskine school counseling program reaches every student, is comprehensive in design, and is preventative in nature. School counseling is an integral part of the total educational program for student success, and utilizes the American School Counseling Association (ASCA) national standards as the foundation that supports academic, career, and personal and social development.
School counselors ensure a delivery system that provides individual student planning, responsive services, and systems support, and use data to drive program goals and monitor student progress. Erskine has a credentialed school counselor and the program is conducted in collaboration with other educators, families, and the community
